Paintless bay

DentMap

Drop a pin on every dent, then price the ticket while the client is still in the driveway.

The map

Notes pinned on the bay wall

The yard, the shell, the ticket, and the proof are the same car. Each note is one job you already do with a rod or a glue tab.

Yard

Park the car and move it from walkaround to mapped, on the line, and released. The ticket follows the car in focus.

Shell

Pin the dent on the hood, fender, roof, door, quarter, deck lid, or rocker. Record coin, crease, hail, sharp, or stretched, plus span, depth, access, and steel or aluminum.

Ticket

Set a base push. Panel, size, depth, access, complexity, and dent type each move the line. Aluminum adds its share. The paper shows the client, the vehicle, and the total.

Proof

Photograph the panel before the push and after the metal is back. The pair hangs on that dent, not in a separate album.

Field notes sit beside the job: coin dents, creases from the ends, hail by the pin, a slower push on aluminum.

Light on the panel

Hail lives on the roof. The hood opens for the rod. DentMap keeps that access note with the panel before the first push.
